I am presented challenges throughout my day so that I can demonstrate the level of my character in how I address each challenge. I am confided in because I am trustworthy. To be trusted is an honor not a chore and should be treated as such. I am asked to mentor because I have proven that I can present ideas, share my experiences and add insight in ways that are valued. I instinctively take the lead because I am confident in my skills and abilities as a leader.
